SMOOTHIE

How to make a delicious smoothie? First you purchase all the fruits you are going to make the smoothie with. The fruits I choose to make the smoothie with are:

  1. Peach
  2. Mango
  3. Watermelon
  4. Apple
  5. Pear
  6. Strawberries
  7. Blueberries
  8. Ripe Banana
  9. Oatmeal
  10. Water
Then purchase the oatmeal and water. You washed all the fruits. Then peal all the fruits. You are going to use one peach, half of the mango, 8 cubes of watermelon, half of an apple, one pear, 5 strawberries, 8 blueberries, one ripe banana, cut up all the fruits into small portions. Then put half a cup of oatmeal, and one cup of water, and blend , if its too thick then add a little more water. If certain fruits are not to your liking then you can substitute the fruits you like. Then put the smoothie in a nice 16 ounce glass and drink. Smoothie is an healthy way to have a nice breakfast, snack or a bed time drink that is not too heavy to drink before bed time. When I made this smoothie it was very tasty. I enjoyed making smoothies because its healthy. You can also make vegetables  smoothies.
